Welcome to Alldine, a technology platform operated by RenewalCrew Technologies Private Limited having it's office at SF NO 101, Murugan Kovil Street, Kurumberi, Tirupattur- 635652, Tamil Nadu, herein referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "Alldine". These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alldine platform, including all associated services, websites, applications, communications, and tools that enable users (referred to as "you", "user", "student", "institution", or "customer") to browse, pre-order, and participate in non-monetary gamified experiences offered via our mobile application and institutional partners.
By accessing or using the Alldine application or its services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, whether or not you have registered an account with us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the platform. Continued use of Alldine shall be deemed acceptance of all updates to these Terms.
Alldine is committed to protecting the rights of our users, restaurant partners, educational institutions, and affiliated vendors. These Terms represent a binding agreement and include provisions related to data privacy, content rights, gamification rules, ordering protocols, limitations of liability, and governing law. Please read these Terms carefully before engaging with any services provided through Alldine.
Alldine is an institutional food-tech platform that facilitates pre-ordering, takeaway, and dine-in services across educational campuses through partnerships with colleges, universities, and certified food vendors. Our platform also includes unique student engagement features such as reward-based gamification, non- monetary contests, leaderboard rankings, and academic-themed competitions. Alldine is not a food delivery service and does not directly deliver meals to users’ homes or hostels. Rather, we enable students to order ahead and pick up meals at partnered outlets within or near their campus.
Users can earn DineCoins—a form of reward points—based on their order value and platform activity. These coins can be redeemed in games, contests, and reward-based events strictly within the framework defined by the platform. These features are designed for entertainment and skill-based recognition and do not involve betting, gambling, or monetary rewards.
Additionally, Alldine works closely with educational institutions by entering Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) to enable campus-wide implementations. These collaborations allow Alldine to deploy branded digital canteens, app-based ordering systems, and eventually standardized physical dine-in zones under a Franchise-Owned Company-Operated (FOCO) model.
By registering on Alldine or using the services provided, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you are either a student, staff member, or affiliated visitor to an educational institution partnered with us. There is no age restriction to use the Alldine app; however, certain features may be limited to verified students based on college partnerships.
The platform reserves the right to verify your association with a partnered institution through student ID, phone number, email domain, or other authentication methods. Inaccurate or falsified information may result in termination of account privileges without prior notice.
If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian before accessing the services. Alldine does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without parental consent, and if such information is found to be collected, it will be deleted in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
To access certain features of Alldine, including ordering food, earning rewards, participating in contests, and viewing rankings, you must register and create a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal and institutional information. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security, you agree to notify us immediately. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
Each user may only maintain one account at a time, and account sharing, impersonation, or duplication is strictly prohibited. Alldine reserves the right to disable or delete any account found to be in violation of this policy.
Alldine operates in close partnership with educational institutions through formal agreements. These MOAs enable institution-wide onboarding, centralized food vendor approvals, exclusive student events, and data sharing for the purpose of platform optimization. If your institution is partnered with Alldine, you may receive access to exclusive offers, loyalty perks, academic rewards, or campus-specific challenges.
Your registration may be automatically verified through institution-provided email addresses, OTP verification via registered college phone numbers, or through college ERP integrations. In some cases, your profile picture, name, and student ID may be visible in certain leaderboard rankings or event boards, solely for the purpose of gamified interactions within your institution.
Students and institutions agree to uphold Alldine’s code of conduct, respect local policies, and abide by platform terms in all interactions conducted via the app or in on-campus events.
Alldine facilitates pre-ordering from partner food vendors on a pick-up and dine-in basis. Users browse menus, place orders via the app, and select preferred pickup times. Upon successful placement of an order, users receive an in-app confirmation detailing the food vendor, preparation time, and pickup instructions.
Alldine acts solely as a technology facilitator and does not prepare, package, or sell food directly. The actual food services are provided by independent vendors operating on or around the educational campus. Users must ensure punctuality during pickup and agree that food quality, presentation, or delays are the responsibility of the vendor, although Alldine continuously monitors vendor performance to maintain standards.
In the rare event of unavailability, cancellation, or preparation failure, vendors may issue refunds or replacement meals subject to their own policies. Alldine does not guarantee refunds but may mediate disputes in good faith, aiming to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
All food orders placed via the Alldine app must be paid for at the time of confirmation through one of the supported digital payment methods. Alldine accepts multiple modes of payment including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, mobile wallets, and other third-party payment gateways as made available from time to time.
The user acknowledges and agrees that Alldine may use external payment aggregators or gateways, and any failure or delay caused by these external service providers shall not be the liability of Alldine.
Alldine does not store sensitive payment details such as card numbers, CVV codes, or UPI PINs. These are processed securely by certified PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. You agree to abide by the terms and privacy policies of these third-party processors, which may be made available during checkout or through our policies.
Upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt is generated and available for viewing in your order history within the app. In the event of a failed transaction where funds are debited but the order is not confirmed, refunds will be initiated automatically to the original mode of payment. It may take up to 5-7 business days depending on the bank or wallet service provider.
Alldine may, from time to time, introduce platform-wide or vendor-specific offers, discounts, cashback schemes, or promotional credits. Unless otherwise specified, such promotions cannot be combined and are non-transferable. Users found abusing promotional systems (e.g., fake accounts, bots, voucher misuse) will be suspended or permanently barred from the platform.
To improve convenience and reduce payment friction, Alldine may enable an in-app wallet system. This virtual wallet, funded by real-money top-ups or refunds, allows for faster reordering and quicker refunds. The funds stored in your Alldine wallet are non-interest bearing and can be used only on the Alldine platform for food orders or promotional events.
Your wallet balance does not represent a bank deposit, nor is it redeemable for cash withdrawal. By topping up your Alldine wallet, you acknowledge that all payments are final and any misuse, chargeback, or fraudulent behavior may result in account suspension or legal action. In case of user-initiated account closure or prolonged inactivity (over 12 months), any residual balance may be forfeited unless claimed via customer support.
From time to time, Alldine may grant promotional wallet credits for participating in events, referring friends, or as part of compensation. These promotional credits may carry an expiry date and are not convertible to real cash. Alldine retains sole discretion to issue, revoke, or modify wallet-related policies without prior notice.
Alldine features a unique reward system called DineCoins, a non-cash, gamified token granted to users based on their app activity. For every ₹1 spent on the platform, the user earns 1 DineCoin. Additionally, a 15% DineCoin bonus is awarded for orders above ₹500 in cart value, encouraging higher value purchases and repeated usage.
These DineCoins act as engagement tokens and can be used within the app to enter contests, join academic tournaments, and participate in leaderboard challenges. Users may also receive DineCoins for completing in-app tasks such as referrals, milestone achievements, event participation, or vendor reviews.
DineCoins are non-monetary and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred between users. They have no real-world value and exist solely within the platform for recognition, engagement, and gamification. The total number of DineCoins, their earning rate, usage guidelines, and expiration policies are subject to periodic changes as deemed fit by Alldine.
Alldine reserves the right to audit DineCoin transactions and may revoke rewards in the event of misuse, technical glitches, or fraudulent activities. DineCoins accumulated from manipulated accounts or automated bots will be invalidated and the accounts suspended.
The Alldine app promotes healthy competition and student engagement through gamified experiences. These include skill-based contests, inter-college challenges, academic-themed quizzes, prediction games, and intra-college leaderboards. Participation in these activities is voluntary and only allowed through DineCoins or non-monetary tokens.
Alldine strictly prohibits any form of betting, gambling, or cash-based games. No user is ever required to pay real money to participate in any in-app contest. The use of DineCoins for entry is based solely on earned or rewarded coins. No winnings or contest results offer real money prizes. Instead, top-performing students may earn digital badges, recognition, internships, exclusive merchandise, or academic toolkits based on platform policies.

All game rules, scoring mechanisms, deadlines, and rankings will be transparently published in advance. Alldine’s decision on winners, fraud detection, and final scores is binding and non-negotiable. Users agree not to manipulate or hack game systems, nor to collaborate unethically to influence outcomes.
If any gamification element is found to breach Indian gaming laws, university rules, or applicable digital service regulations, Alldine reserves the right to modify or withdraw those features immediately without any liability.
To accelerate community growth and student-to-student adoption, Alldine features a referral program. When an existing user invites a friend to the platform using a unique referral code, both the referrer and the referred user receive 200 DineCoins after the first successful order of the referred user.
Referral bonuses may be limited to a specific number of invites per month, and in cases of suspicious activity or duplicate accounts, referral bonuses will be canceled. Alldine uses multiple fraud detection layers to verify device IDs, college associations, and phone numbers. Any attempt to game the referral system by self-invitation or mass sign-ups via automation will lead to permanent suspension.
Referral-based DineCoins are promotional and carry the same restrictions as regular DineCoins—non- transferable, non-convertible to cash, and redeemable only for in-app participation. Referral programs may evolve, and Alldine may introduce leaderboards, ambassador rewards, and college-level referral contests in future versions.
Alldine enables food ordering directly from partner restaurants and vendors operating within or near educational institutions. Once an order is placed and confirmed, the preparation process begins almost immediately. Due to the nature of food services, cancellations are permitted only within a very short time window after order confirmation—typically 1 to 2 minutes—after which the restaurant is deemed to have commenced preparation. During this window, users may cancel the order within the app by accessing the order tracking interface.
Alldine reserves the right to decide whether a refund is applicable based on the order stage, vendor input, and complaint details. If the vendor has already started cooking, or the order has moved to the 'Ready for Pickup' or 'Awaiting Collection' stage, refunds may not be issued. However, in cases where the vendor cancels the order due to unavailability of ingredients, overload, or system error, a full refund is initiated.
Refunds, once approved, are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. If the user paid via wallet credits, the amount will be reinstated to the in-app wallet. In some cases, Alldine may offer promotional credits instead of a monetary refund, particularly for small amounts or as compensation for minor delays.
Alldine is a facilitator and not responsible for the food’s taste, quality, hygiene, or delivery punctuality unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in a vendor’s listing. However, we are committed to user satisfaction and shall intervene wherever fair resolutions are required. Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of the order timestamp, supported by photo/video evidence where possible.
All content present on the Alldine platform—including but not limited to logos, app interfaces, UI/UX designs, product concepts, written content, gamification structures, trademarks, slogans, icons, layouts, illustrations, videos, animations, and soundtracks—are the exclusive intellectual property of RenewalCrew Technologies Private Limited, unless explicitly stated otherwise or sourced under permissible licenses.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Alldine app solely for personal, non-commercial use. No user may copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, scrape, adapt, distribute, or modify any part of the platform for any commercial or competing purpose. This includes the unauthorized reproduction of proprietary concepts such as DineCoin-based gamification, academic-themed contests, or leaderboard algorithms.
Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or creative inputs shared by users become the non-exclusive property of Alldine, allowing us to enhance the app experience while acknowledging community-driven development. By submitting such materials, users waive any rights to royalty or credit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The trademarks "Alldine," "DineCoins," "Food Meets Campus Life," and any other logos or taglines associated with the platform are protected under relevant intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, replication, or dilution of these marks may attract legal action including but not limited to injunctions, damages, and recovery of legal fees.
Alldine is deeply committed to protecting user privacy in compliance with applicable data protection laws in India. By using the platform, users consent to the collection, storage, processing, and usage of their personal information including name, contact number, email, college details, device information, order history, and feedback logs. This data is collected to enhance user experience, personalize offers, resolve complaints, and drive platform analytics.
We do not sell user data to third parties. However, we may share necessary information with our trusted service providers such as payment gateways, customer support agencies, and logistics partners solely to facilitate platform functionality. User data is stored securely in encrypted databases and periodically reviewed for vulnerability patches.
Alldine may, from time to time, use aggregated and anonymized data for business intelligence and product improvements. If users participate in surveys, contests, or marketing campaigns, they may receive promotional notifications through email, SMS, or in-app alerts. Users may opt out of non-critical communications through notification settings within the app.
Parental consent is assumed for users below 18 years of age as per institutional onboarding standards. However, Alldine imposes no minimum age for platform access unless restricted by a specific institutional policy. Users are encouraged to avoid sharing sensitive information over customer chat interfaces or public platforms.
Alldine reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior. If your account is suspended or terminated, all DineCoins, wallet balances, and leaderboard positions will be forfeited. Users may not create new accounts using alternate credentials without prior reinstatement approval.
For minor infractions, a warning may be issued before enforcement. Alldine encourages users to approach customer support for grievance redressal before contesting a ban. Repeat offenders or users found involved in systemic manipulation of app systems will be reported to academic institutions and, where applicable, to law enforcement agencies.
Alldine provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. While every effort is made to ensure uptime, user data integrity, and error-free operation, Alldine does not warrant that the platform will function without bugs, delays, security vulnerabilities, or backend limitations.
Scheduled maintenance, server migrations, or technical updates may temporarily render the platform inaccessible. Users will be notified in advance wherever feasible, but emergency patches may be deployed without notice. Alldine shall not be liable for losses arising from missed orders, delayed contests, wallet access issues, or other inconveniences resulting from platform disruptions.
The platform may include links to third-party websites, plugins, or advertisements. These are included for informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement. Users interacting with external platforms are bound by their respective privacy and security policies.
Users must ensure their devices meet the minimum system requirements for the Alldine app, including updated operating systems, stable internet connections, and permission settings for GPS/location tracking where required.
Alldine places utmost importance on resolving user complaints swiftly, transparently, and fairly. We understand that food delivery and gamified experiences are sensitive to timing, accuracy, and user expectations. Our grievance redressal system is structured into tiers to ensure progressive escalation.
Users encountering issues—such as incorrect order fulfillment, missing DineCoins, contest glitches, or wallet disputes—can first access in-app support via the “Help & Support” section. This allows direct communication with a trained support representative via chat or email, where the ticket is assigned a tracking number. Users must describe the issue clearly, attach screenshots where applicable, and maintain civility during the interaction.
Our support team is committed to responding to all first-level queries within 24 working hours. Complex issues that require vendor or technical involvement may take up to 72 hours. For escalations beyond standard resolution timeframes, users can write to support@alldine.in, citing the ticket number and issue summary. These escalated cases are reviewed by our Grievance Officer.
In compliance with Indian IT guidelines, Alldine has designated a Grievance Redressal Officer who can be reached at grievance@alldine.in. Complaints sent to this address are reviewed in 7 business days and addressed in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
Repeated misuse of the grievance system—such as filing false complaints, impersonation, or abusive communication—may result in account action, including restrictions or bans.
Alldine reserves the full right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior user approval. Amendments may be triggered by the introduction of new features, changes in the law, alterations in partner/vendor agreements, or feedback from regulatory authorities. Such updates will be posted prominently on the platform, and users are expected to review them periodically.
Where a revision materially affects user rights or duties—such as changes to refund timelines, DineCoin valuation, or eligibility for leaderboard contests—Alldine may alert users through in-app announcements or push notifications. Continued use of the platform after such changes implies user acceptance.
If any part of the updated Terms is found to be unenforceable or illegal by competent courts, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and binding. Users unwilling to accept new changes must cease platform usage and may request account deletion and wallet withdrawal, if applicable.
These Terms and Conditions, along with all other policies linked herein, shall be governed by the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising between a user and Alldine, both parties agree to resolve it amicably through negotiations and discussions, prioritizing arbitration over litigation. If the dispute remains unresolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to an independent arbitrator, mutually chosen, with proceedings conducted in English in Chennai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its legal costs unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator. Users waive the right to initiate or participate in class actions or collective claims, unless explicitly provided under law.
Alldine shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, cyberattacks, power outages, strikes, or pandemic-related disruptions.
Alldine operates in partnership with numerous restaurants, cafes, and institutional canteens. These vendors are onboarded through formal agreements that specify food hygiene standards, pricing transparency, order fulfillment commitments, and data-sharing protocols. Vendors are expected to maintain quality benchmarks and participate in periodic audits and user rating systems.
Alldine also enters Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) with colleges and universities to ensure platform access, student safety, fair food pricing, and offline campus activations. These agreements enable exclusive branding rights, on-campus digital campaigns, and DineCoin sponsorships for institutional events.
Colleges collaborating with Alldine may receive student ambassador kits, internship opportunities, and analytics dashboards for administrative insights. All institutional arrangements are legally bound and do not override user-specific Terms unless explicitly customized under contract.
Alldine encourages youth leadership through its Student Ambassador Program, which enables nominated students to promote Alldine within their institutions. Ambassadors are expected to uphold Alldine’s branding standards, coordinate offline activities, and help onboard peers.
Alldine provides these ambassadors with incentives in the form of DineCoins, gift vouchers, recognition badges, and early access to features. However, all ambassador activity must be compliant with institutional policies and must not involve coercion or spammy marketing. Alldine reserves the right to remove ambassadors who violate code of conduct guidelines.
Similarly, contests conducted under the Alldine brand—whether inter-college or intra-college—must adhere to game rules, eligibility criteria, and ethics defined in contest guidelines. Users may be disqualified for using multiple accounts, impersonation, or violating fair play rules.
Contest outcomes are subject to moderation by a judging panel or algorithm, depending on the game type. Disputes related to contest outcomes must be reported within 3 days of result publication. Prizes are non- transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
All Alldine users are expected to follow ethical conduct on the app. This includes honest reviews, respectful communication, and responsible ordering. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, hate speech, harassment, discriminatory comments, or attempts to game the system.
Users found creating fake accounts to exploit referral bonuses, posting spam links, uploading inappropriate media, or promoting competitors within the app environment will be permanently banned. Community features such as leaderboards, user chats, or campus groups are subject to human moderation and AI filters.
Users are encouraged to report bad behavior or suspicious activity using the "Report" function. Alldine will investigate such reports promptly and take corrective measures, including content removal, warnings, and in extreme cases, referral to authorities.
These Terms constitute the full and binding agreement between the user and Alldine, superseding all prior understandings or communications. No waiver of any term shall be considered a further or continuing waiver unless explicitly issued in writing by Alldine’s legal team.
The headings and subheadings used herein are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the clauses. If any section or clause of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, the remainder shall continue to be fully enforceable.
Users may not assign or transfer their rights under these Terms without written consent from Alldine. However, Alldine may assign its obligations to an affiliate or in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
